A WOMAN says her boyfriend has become so violent that he is now even chasing away parents who want to enrol their children at her nursery school.
Tinastalian Nkomo told the Harare Civil Court that her boyfriend, Darlington, is now messing up her business.
“Darlington’s behaviour has become increasingly violent and he has been chasing away parents who want to enrol their children at my nursery school,” said Tinastalian. She also claimed that Darlington has been assaulting her.
Darlington did not deny physically attacking Nkomo but claimed she was trying to hide behind the protection order to conceal her infidelity.
He alleged that she has been cheating on him with a driver who transports children to the nursery school she runs.
“The guy she is cheating on me with is a driver who carries kids for the crèche she runs,” Darlington told the court.
He accused Nkomo of taking advantage of him and refusing to repay loans she had taken from him.
Presiding magistrate Joana Mukwesha, granted Tinastalian a protection order and ordered Darlington not to insult, harras or insult her. She ordered Darlington to approach the appropriate court to recover his money.
