POPULAR celebrities and influencers’ networking Sunday session, Volt Sundays, has found a new home at Londoners Sports Bar in Strathaven.

The movement, which used to assemble at Motor Action Sports Club every Sunday, was introduced to the recently refurbished Londoners Sports Bar on Christmas Day.

The next session returns on New Year’s Day by public demand, event organisers said.

Resident wheel-spinner, DJ Torne, was in charge along with performances by Elliot King of Hearts with the supervision of Sam Nyaude.

Various celebrities and socialites graced the event.

Speaking to H-Metro, Volt Sundays founder, Boss Spencer Madziya, said:

“Londoners and The Volt have entered into an entertainment arrangement.

“As you may be aware, Debbie Mubi of Londoners is celebrating 26 years in the business and also intends to rebrand her entertainment on Sundays hence the partnership for Sundays.

“Londoners has introduced fruit machines and has also revamped the sports club bringing a new atmosphere and vibe to the place.”

DJ Torne concurred with Boss Spencer that they wanted to give patrons variety.

“Big Sundays are growing bigger and better every Sunday. We have electrifying performances from various artistes and DJs.

“We host every Sunday and the atmosphere has also become lively  because of the renovations at the venue,”  said DJ Torne.
