Vice President Kembo Mohadi has arrived in Gwanda, where he will officiate at the Zanu PF Matabeleland South Provincial National People’s Conference fundraising luncheon.
The event, being held at the Gwanda Tshitaudze Constituency Centre, has brought together stakeholders from across various sectors.
Among those in attendance are the Minister of State for Matabeleland South Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Albert Nguluvhe; the Minister of Industry and Commerce, Mangaliso Ndlovu, who is also the Zanu PF Matabeleland South provincial chairman; the Minister of Environment, Climate and Wildlife, Dr Evelyn Ndlovu; the Deputy Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services; political leaders, faith leaders, heads of Government departments and members of the business community.
The event also features a business policy engagement.
The main purpose of the luncheon is to raise funds for the upcoming Zanu PF National People’s Conference.
The 23rd Zanu PF National People’s Conference is scheduled to take place from October 12 to 17, 2026, at Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT) in Mashonaland West Province.
Running under the theme, “From Resolutions to Results: Consolidating Economic Development and Deepening Empowerment Towards Vision 2030,” the conference will focus on accelerating socio-economic growth and tracking key development projects.
