THE National Athletics Association of Zimbabwe (NAAZ) has received confirmation from the sponsors of the Vumba 21km Mountain Run a�� Old Mutual a�� that the annual race will be held on 28 October.
Athletes have a month to prepare for one of the most gruelling races, where they are expected to endure the October high temperatures as well as a tough terrain, while battling it out for honours.
As is the norm with the Vumba 21km Mountain Run, this yeara��s edition is expected to attract top marathon runners in the country that include Olympian, Wirimayi Juwawo, Cuthbert Nyasango in the male category, as well as Rutendo Nyahora for the female category. .
