The Warriors arrived in Lagos, Nigeria last night and are this morning to catch a connecting flight to Uyo where they will play the Super Eagles in a 2026 World Cup qualifier on Tuesday.

Zimbabwe, who are bottom of the six-team Group C with only three points in five games played a 2-2 draw against Benin at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban, South Africa on Thursday.

They would fly to Johannesburg where they caught their flight to Lagos yesterday.

They will be out to try and salvage a faltering campaign against a Nigerian team which took their points tally to six after beating Rwanda 2-0 in their backyard yesterday.

The Warriors will have a recovery training late in the day before they move in to tactical sessions tomorrow.
