WARRIORS coach Ian Gorowa maintained his unbeaten record in charge of the Zimbabwe senior national team when his charges held Tanzania to a draw in an international friendly at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium in Dar-es-Salaam yesterday.
Gorowa travelled with a hurriedly-assembled squad as Zifa jumped at the offer to replace Kenya who had pulled out of the friendly international against the Taifa Stars.

Tanzania were using the game to fine-tune their preparations for the Cecafa Senior Cup in Kenya next week.

Zimbabwe had a goal disallowed by the Ugandan match official for an infringement.

His next match will be against Mozambique in a friendly at Barbourfields on December 8 before he takes his team for a camp in South Africa ahead of the CHAN matches.

Reports from Tanzania yesterday said Gorowa used 16 of the 18 players who travelled for the game with Tafadzwa Dube giving way to veteran Tapuwa Kapini.
