THE Warriors clash with Namibia in an Afcon qualifier at Orlando Stadium on Thursday will be played behind closed doors.
Zifa have announced that their opponents have communicated that position which will bar fans from either side.
“Please note, our away match between Namibia and Zimbabwe scheduled for Thursday will be played behind closed doors. No Fans will be allowed from both teams,” wrote Zifa in a press release this afternoon.
However the return leg set for next Monday at the same venue will be open to all fans.
Meanwhile, three players have been ruled out of the team to face Namibia due to injuries.
The trio are Tinotenda Kadewere (calf injury), Tawanda Chirewa (thigh injury) and Munashe Garananga (ankle injury).
Striker Douglas Mapfumo of Polokwane United has been called up to the Warriors.
