In a bid to promote township tourism, Umthobanhliziyo genre artiste Fab G Mshanakagogo has kicked off the festive season with an upbeat track titled KoSamuriwo. The song, dedicated to one of the most popular leisure spots in Bulawayo, is set to excite fans and amplify the spirit of local tourism.
KoSamuriwo Pub and Grill, located at the Luveve Shopping Centre, has become a favourite hangout where patrons enjoy live music and irresistible dollar deals. The venue, owned by Brian Samuriwo, has become a hotspot for revellers, making it the perfect setting for Mshanakagogo’s latest track.

The song, produced by Bouylee Beats and TFlowdaproducer, features visuals shot by Brooklyn Films International at the renowned venue. It is a perfect blend of music, tourism, and culture, encouraging locals to enjoy the treasures their own country offers.

Fab G Mshanakagogo explained that KoSamuriwo is more than just a fun song; it celebrates the success of domestic and township tourism and calls for Zimbabweans to embrace patriotism.
“The phrase ‘Lonyaka imali zethu ziphelel’eLuveve’ has been trending, and with this song, we want to showcase how Luveve became the hot grooving spot this year. It’s an ode to the place and the people who made it the go-to spot for fun and relaxation,” said Mshanakagogo.

He also shared that the track aims to contribute to Bulawayo’s heritage by creating art that engages and inspires the community.
“I’d like to thank Mabutho for connecting me with this opportunity and Mr Brian Samuriwo for supporting local talent by sponsoring this project. Thanks to KoSamuriwo, many local artistes have been able to perform there, giving them exposure both locally and internationally,” Mshanakagogo added.
The music video features a cameo by comedian Sipho Mercent and showcases the vibrant energy of KoSamuriwo, with staff and models adding to the excitement.
