HIGHLANDERS Football Club has added golf to be one of the activities to celebrate its 100 years on August 14.
The event will be held at Bulawayo Country Club and will see teams of four taking part after parting with US$400.
Charity, former players and Highlanders juniors are set to benefit from the event in which the organisers are partnering with corporate bodies.
Roger Muhlwa, the former club chairman and secretary is chairman of the organising committee which has Martin Chikwana the former Zimbabwe Golf Association president as a member.
In attendance at the launch was Highlanders board chairman Luke Mnkandla who is heading the 100 years celebrations, his deputy Nicholas Nyathi and club chief executive officer Denzil Mnkandla.
Morris Mpala a member of the marketing sub-committee was in attendance too.
