MATABELELAND North has thrown its full weight behind Constitutional Amendment 3, hailing it as a progressive milestone that solidifies the province’s rapid development.
Residents have said the amendment guarantees policy consistency crucial for sustained growth that have been registered in mining, infrastructure, tourism, and empowerment programmes.
With major investments in the mining value chain and ongoing road upgrades, the province is experiencing unprecedented economic activity.
“This is about protecting our trajectory. We have momentum, and this amendment ensures the development wave continues without disruption,” said Mr Peterson Ncube, Hwange Local Board Chairperson.
Residents affirmed that the legal clarity will bolster investor confidence and preserve gains achieved under the Second Republic.
