WATCH: President Mnangagwa officially opens Mahetshe Primary School computer laboratory…donates over 200 laptops to Mat South schools

PRESIDENT Mnangagwa on Friday officially opened Mahetshe Primary School computer laboratory as Government through the Ministry of Information Communication Technology, Postal and Courier Services intensifies its drive to bridge the digital divide.

The computer laboratory was built by the Rural Infrastructure Development Agency (RIDA) as part of legacy projects in Matabeleland South province.

The ICT Ministry and the telecommunications regulator, Potraz equipped the computer laboratory with 30 computers, one whiteboard and one printer.

The same was done for Mahetshe Secondary School.

President Mnangagwa also donated 150 computers and 10 Starlink kits to schools in the province.
