ALLAN ‘Ripper’ Mpofu today paid tribute to Sihlangu Dlodlo and slammed social media bereavement announcements.
Mpofu delivered an emotional eulogy at Brethren in Christ Church run Bulawayo Central, highlighting the pain of learning about family bereavements through social media.

Mpofu reflected on the sudden passing of Dlodlo, emphasising the distress caused to families when they discover tragic news online.
Dlodlo will be laid to rest at Lady Stanley Cemetery, leaving behind a legacy in Zimbabwean football and the arts industry.
