FORMER Zimbabwe sprint stars Raymond Ngavi and Beatin Ndlovu on Saturday tied the knot in a colourful wedding ceremony held in the resort city of Victoria Falls, witnessed by close friends and family.

The former sprinters, who once shared lanes on the track, decided to run life’s race together, exchanging vows after a journey that began nearly a decade ago at Mosi-oa-Tunya High School, where they trained as teammates under renowned coach Kurt Sibako.

Their partnership helped turn Mosi Striders into one of the country’s most formidable athletics clubs.
