Why giving up isn’t an option

WHEN life’s pressures become overwhelming, sometimes all you want to do is pause and breathe.

This allows you to regain motivation, even amidst chaos.

Similarly, running a race, particularly cross-country, alone can be incredibly difficult because you are constantly aware of the physical agony.

Having a friend provides that essential push in life, though finding such individuals can be challenging.

My motto this year is: “Never give up, no matter how hard it gets.”

It is certainly not a secret that life’s challenges are not always apparent from birth.

Even if I stumble and life throws obstacles my way, I will rise and move forward.

I will always act with my ultimate goal in mind.

I cannot afford to fall; therefore, I will run, walk and jog, even if I am crying, keeping my vision clear.

Remember, a setback is a setup for a comeback.
