It seems the long wait for the Ninja president Winky D and Conquering Shumba’s front man Soul Jah Love’s collaboration is finally over with reports that the two have reached a consensus and recorded a duet.The single titled “Magafa” will be released soon.
In an interview with The Herald entertainment, Soul jah Love’s manager Khayaman said all was in place and people should expect fireworks.
“We have recorded the single which the musicians have decided to call ‘Magafa’ and it will be released soon,” he said.
He said on the song Soul Jah is admitting that Winky D is a super star when it comes to Zim dancehall while Winky appreciates what Soul jah love is saying.
“The song shows love between the two artistes, Soul Jah love is admitting that Winky idhara and is saying pane mudiki pane mukuru and is encouraging people to respect their elders,
“The song is a bang I tell you and I’m sure our fans need to brace for big surprises,” he said.
As usual Winky D’s manager was hard on commenting on the matter saying there were only “talks” between the two artists. “I am really surprised, how did you get this? Anyway what I can say is we have finally talked and we are working on something. People must just keep their fingers crossed,” he said.
