A WOMAN, who is being accused of murdering her husband, says her mother-in-law has ganged up with a family friend and they are bombarding her with various threats.
Beauty Musariri claims she has been living in hell since the death of her husband.
She has dragged her mother-in-law, Enasiya Harahara, and her friend, Regedzai Mutsvoto, to the Harare Civil Court.
“My mother-in-law is in the habit of harassing me claiming that I killed my husband.
“She also alleges that l am planning to kill her next.
“She has become violent and has been threatening me with unspecified action.”
Enasiya claimed that Beauty has been threatening to kill her son.
“She is a witch and I once overheard her telling her friend that she was planning to kill me.
“I am scared of what she might do to me.”
Regedzai told the court that she has no problem maintaining peace.
“I have no problem maintaining peace with her.”
Magistrate Meenal Naratom granted Beauty a protection order, barring Enasiya and Regedzai from contacting or approaching her.
