Woman requests time to collect ex-hubby’s real payslip

H-Metro Reporter

A WOMAN yesterday requested time from the court to collect her ex-husband’s pay slip before a ruling is made on her request for US$280 in maintenance for their minor child.

Kimberly Mudzuwa took her ex-husband, Munyaradzi Mandityira, to court seeking US$280 in child support.

Munyaradzi Mandityira offered to pay only US$20, claiming that he was just a loss control clerk at a primary school, earning US$200 in allowances, plus $230 000.

Kimberly disputed the pay slip produced by Munyaradzi in court, claiming it was fake and requested to collect the original from his workplace.

The matter was postponed to Friday by presiding Magistrate Sharon Mashavira.
