Sharon Machimbirike was first sued in 2011 for $1 200 by Rejoice Musungo.
Musungo blamed her for causing her divorce with Lawrence Hove.
Machimbirike went on to marry Hove who in 2015 was arrested for defaulting on child support.
To get her husband off the hook Machimbirike is said to have begun a sexual liaison with Ausi Saidi, a court prosecutor.
Saidi was somehow a better lover than Hove and Machimbirike left Hove for the married Ausi Saidi.
Now Ausi and Machimbirike have a child together and his wife Lydia Saidi got wind of it and filed a $6 000 lawsuit against the husband snatcher Machimbirike.
Machimbirike didna��t deny the matter but claimed that it started off as a once-off deal to get Hove off the hook but it blossomed and the two fell in love.
Presiding magistrate Shepherd Mjanja remanded the matter to 30 November for judgment. .
