Best friends forever till my chin drops!
Nothando Ndlovu (25) didn’t see it coming when her best friend literally bit off her chin leaving it exposed and dripping fat in a nasty fight inside a bar over the weekend.
Ndlovu, according to a source, was approached by her friend over the weekend to join her for a drink in one of the bars in Nkulumane 5.
“Ndlovu was reluctant to go drinking because it was late but her friend convinced her to go with her nonetheless,” said the source.
The source said Ndlovu ended up going with her friend to the bar where they got drunk and got wasted.
It wasn’t long before the duo started a quarrel inside the bar.
The source said there were rumours going around that Ndlovu was bad mouthing her friend to people in the neighbourhood.
“When they were drunk, the friend confronted Ndlovu about the rumours that were flying around. All hell broke loose when the two seemed to exchange words inside the bar,” said the source.
The duo couldn’t keep it at words alone as they got involved in a cat fight scratching their faces, throwing fists and kicks. However, for Ndlovu it was a knuckle-rap as she found herself with flesh dangling from her open chin that was bitten off by her friend who had been baying for it.
The source said the friend ran away and left Ndlovu at the bar.
“Ndlovu went to see her friend on Monday demanding her to give her money to go and seek medical attention at the hospital but her friend said she didn’t have money,” said the source.
B-Metro went to Ndlovu’s house but she was not available and her housemates said she did not have a phone.
A housemate who identified herself as Charity confirmed that Ndlovu came back home with her chin mangled.
“She came back home over the weekend with an injured chin whose flesh was dangling here (pointing at her own chin). But I don’t know what happened,” said Charity who didn’t seem keen on talking.
