In a bid to fight the stress associated with fertility issues, women have joined hands to enrich and empower themselves with information about the complexities of conception and fertility.

Speaking during a workshop in Harare yesterday, Hormone Wellness Coach and Global Speaker for Perfect Symphony, Ms Tatenda Makayi said: “The longing for motherhood is a profound, personal desire that many women hold close to their hearts. However, the path to conception can be filled with uncertainty and emotional challenges.”

The workshop provided valuable insights and practical strategies to naturally increase the chances of conception, ensure healthy pregnancies and build a strong foundation for starting a family.

“Empowering women on their journey to conception has emerged as a beacon of knowledge and empowerment for women seeking to understand and enhance their fertility,” said Ms Makayi.

Some of the major topics covered during the workshop included dispelling the confusion and stress associated with fertility issues, effective solutions for hormone imbalance and strategies to overcome obstacles inhibiting fertility.
