constitution on March 16 this year.
Speaking at a Women’s Political Education Forum organised by Women In Politics Support Unit last week, Zanu-PF central committee member Cde Nyasha Chikwinya urged women to vote in favour of the draft constitution.

“The problem we are facing is that women are not coming forward to participate and they need to be educated. This is the only time women have been given a full quota in Parliament and we need to participate.”

MDC-T women’s assembly chairperson Mrs Theresa Makone said more women should actively participate in politics.
