Yadah challenges troops to believe

YADAH coach Expense Chitukutuku is bubbling with confidence that his squad has all it needs to compete with the league’s big boys. 

He feels his boys have a perfect opportunity to make a name for themselves.

The Miracle Boys are scheduled to face Highlanders in a Castle Lager Premiership Soccer League on Saturday at the National Sports Stadium.

Yadah have amassed seven points in five outings and are just a point behind Bosso, who have a game in hand.

“I am trying to make the youngsters play and compete with the big guys who have already made names in the league. 

“Some of the guys are new to this platform and need the confidence to make it happen.

“I would like to develop and make them go for careers abroad. 

“I believe the boys have the talent. We hope that when the ban is lifted they will also be able to be part of the national team.”

Chitukutuku believes the arrival of King Nadolo is a major boost for the team.

“Nadolo is a very experienced player in our ranks. He has seen a lot and is adding depth in the squad.

“He is going to lead the other guys on the field of the play as he is already well versed with the league. 

“So, he is one of the players we will be counting on to make the difference in our games.”

Chitukutuku said he was aware of the dangers that can be posed by Bosso.

“Highlanders are a team that is high on confidence after winning the Uhuru Cup.

“It’s up to us to respond to what they are going to offer on the day. We have no idea how the match will proceed as we wait to see on the day.

“But our guys are quite good and looking sharp. Their morale is high and they are ready to battle it out with the big boys.”Congrats to Highlanders for lifting the Cup and Dynamos for being the runners-up. 

“It’s our wish to be also involved in the Cup in the upcoming years.”
