You’re the temple of God

1 Corinthians 3:16-17; Know ye not that ye are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

We Are asked to know that we’re the temple of God. Being born again means that God dwells in us. Deity or Divinity resides in us. We simply have to know.

If we acknowledge and accept the truth that God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit abide in us, we walk in victory and liberty. Evil will not treat us like a doormat and no one will manipulate us and enslave us.

God sees to it that we’re not defiled. Believers should walk in awareness that they’re in the finished works of Jesus. The demand to secure and cleanse us is on what Jesus accomplished.

The Gospel of Christ is the Grace of God, the Good News of Jesus Christ or the Glad Tidings of our Saviour Jesus Christ provides for God to hold the keys. He’s the one in charge.

We’re recipients who enjoy the love God lavishes upon us.

We don’t live in fear. God who set us apart keeps His eye on us to protect and defend us. We acknowledge the truth and evil plans against us crumble. James 4:7 teaches us, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” We know and therefore enjoy life.

Your prayer: Father I thank you for eternally residing in me. I am grateful for your presence in me. Because of your assurance for my well-being, I pursue your assignment for my life in Christ with confidence. In the name of Jesus, I succeed always. Amen.

Your Confessions: I am the temple of God.

The Spirit of God lives in me. I bear fruits of the Spirit of God and His gifts are expressive in and through me. I am protected by God Himself. I am God’s holiness in Christ Jesus.
