THE 263 Youth Hub, under Mobishop263 Connect Pvt Ltd, in partnership with the esteemed Global Arcus Study in India and Scholarships in China, along with other partners, is set to host its 2025 August intake scholarships registration day on February 8, 2025 in Harare.
Global Arcus has a proven track record of assisting Zimbabwean students and those from 15 other African countries, including Zambia, Malawi, and Papua New Guinea, among others.
In an interview, Mobishop263 Connect Pvt Limited’s head of operations, Tendai Davy Makiwa, said they are inviting all students, scholars, and teachers in Zimbabwe to the event, which will take place at King Solomon Commercial College in Harare from eight in the morning to two in the afternoon.
“There are 1 050 scholarships on offer, hence we encourage all students not to miss this chance to explore a myriad of educational possibilities,” said Makiwa.

The scholarships offer free counselling, top-ranked universities, visa assistance, accommodation, food, security, comprehensive medical insurance, tuition, and international flight tickets.
“On the day, we will be registering students for Diploma, Undergraduate, Masters, and PhD classes that can pave their path to success,” he said.
In addition, he said registration is free, citing that they are trying to avoid a scenario where students lose money to scammers hence, the need for them to register in person.
He also noted that all students are invited to come and register and are to bring with them their national identity cards and academic transcripts. There is no need for the original certificates, as they only need photocopies.
The 263 Youth Hub, under Mobishop263 Connect Pvt Ltd, in partnership with the esteemed Global Arcus Study in India and Scholarships in China, is poised to create transformative opportunities for students in Zimbabwe. Their aim is to empower the youth through academic scholarships in Asia, providing them with pathways to success in a competitive global landscape.
He said these scholarships symbolise hope, ambition, and the promise of a brighter future for countless students who possess talent and determination but lack resources.
Organisations like Shamwari Dzinovaka Foundation and NARMA TRUST have also joined hands to bolster the programme, as philanthropic support, especially in guidance and counselling, is an essential pillar of the initiative.
Makiwa lamented that as students engage in their studies across borders, they gain exposure to diverse cultures and philosophies, enriching their perspectives and fostering global citizenship.
Last year, they witnessed about 123 students from Zimsec and Cambridge benefiting from the Global Arcus Study in India scholarships, and they are doing very well whilst representing the country in India.
Makiwa urged students not to make any payments to anyone claiming to be a part of their organisation, whether local or foreign.
