Zanu Ndonga blasts Tsvangirai

following utterances made by his party’s chairman Mr Reketai Semwayo declaring Mr Tsvangirai their president.
Mr Semwayo announced that Zanu-Ndonga has no leader and considers Mr Tsvangirai as its president during a memorial service held for the late founder and president of Zanu (Ndonga) Reverend Ndabaningi Sithole in Chipinge on Saturday.
“What is now creating a problem for us is that people travelled from Harare about 500km to Chipinge to get there and say Zanu (Ndonga) is no longer there and Tsvangirai is the leader,” said Mr Vutuza. “We want to make it clear to Zimbabwe that Zanu (Ndonga) is still there as a party. Secondly, I am still the president of Zanu (Ndonga).” Mr Vutuza said his chairman Mr Semwayo was free to join the MDC-T if he wished.
“He can join the MDC-T because Zanu (Ndonga) is not an extension of the MDC-T,” he said. Mr Vutuza said he did not attend the memorial service because of some irregularities.
He said they would soon convene a meeting within a week and issue a statement on the state of Zanu (Ndonga).
