Zifa boss’ trial deferred again

The trial of ZIFA president Felton Kamambo accused of bribing councillors to vote him into presidency was today deferred to end of month after his lawyers said they were occupied at the High Court.

Advocate Tawanda Zhuwarara told the court that he will be occupied at the upper court where he is seized with many matters and will be free on July 30.

Mr Michael  Reza appearing for the State consented to the postponement.

Regional magistrate Mr Stanford Mambanje deferred the matter to July 30 for trial.
