ZIM DANCEHALL FESTIVAL POSTPONED

THE Zim Dancehall festival has been postponed to September 21.

The event was scheduled to take place today at Dzivaresekwa Stadium. In a press statement, Jack Radics Entertainment said:

“The Zim Dancehall Anniversary event previously scheduled for August 12 at DZ Stadium has been cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.

“We apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause to our fans, artists.

“We are looking forward to hosting the event on the rescheduled date of September 21.”

The anniversary was set to celebrate the dancehall genre and how it has influenced the local musical scene since its interception.

Artists such as Killer T, Freeman HKD, Shinsoman and Jay C were set to perform at the event.
