Zim delegation attends Kenya’s National Summit on County Peer Review Mechanism

The Zimbabwe African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) Chairperson of the National Governing Council (NGC), Ambassador James Manzou, is leading a five-member delegation to the Republic of Kenya for a benchmarking exercise with the NEPAD/APRM Kenya Secretariat.

The NEPAD/APRM  Kenya Secretariat is sharing its first generation review experiences and National Plan of Action (NPoA) implementation with the Zimbabwe APRM.

During its visit to the Republic  of Kenya, the Zimbabwe APRM delegation will attend the second National Summit of the County Peer Review Mechanism (CPRM) to be held on 30 July at Kenyatta International Convention Center (KICC) in Nairobi.

The Summit will be graced by His Excellency, the President of the Republic of Kenya, Dr William Ruto, among other senior government officials.

The Zimbabwe APRM delegation will also travel to Makueni County to witness first-hand experiences of Makueni County’s devolution Peer Review success stories.
