the summit will focus on effective ethical thought leadership.

The lead speaker for the summit is Compliance Strategists LLC principal Ms Donna Boehme. She has more than 20 years experience offering advisory services on ethical leadership development, and designing and managing ethics solutions both within the US and globally.
Ms Boehme’s extensive hands-on experience includes serving as the first global compliance and ethics officer for leading multinationals.
She has also advised the Canadian government on ethics policy, has spoken at the House of Lords on the design and implementation of ethics programmes, and has also participated in the working sessions of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Good Practice Guide.
On the other hand, according to Mr Mhonderwa, the summit’s keynote address will be given by Global Reporting Initiative Netherlands (GRI)’s Ms Letshani Ndlovu, whose address will focus on the “Principle of sustainability reporting and its role in ethical leadership and corporate governance”.
“In this respect Ms Ndlovu will draw on the on-going development of the next generation of the GRI guidelines and the proposed governance disclosure items.
“She will also use the opportunity to introduce GRI and its role in providing metrics for measuring sustainability impacts to participants,” he said.
Meanwhile, other scheduled speakers at the event include Mr Coeni van Beek, who is a global leader on executive leadership development at PricewaterhouseCoopers (US) and Mr Joseph Murphy, the public policy director at the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics (US).
