Zim urban groovers shine in SA

are making waves on television and radio stations.
Multi-P is one of Zimbabwe’s upcoming groups that are making a breakthrough on the international music scene and have made waves down south where they have set up a studio.
Multi-P besides setting up a studio has also topped the charts on several radio and television stations with their songs “My Gal” and “Smelling Victory”.
Group member Progress “Lord Stunter” Musarurwa, who doubles as the manager of the South Africa-based hip-hop/R ‘n’ B group, says the group is on a mission to take urban grooves to greater heights.
Made up of Progress, Goodwill “Goodies” Moyo and Partner “Young Tap” Musarurwa, the group set up Wolf Pack Records 2 years ago and have penetrated the market, featuring on Metro Fm, Y Fm, Soweto TV and SABC 1.
The group has also collaborated with Stunner and Russo on the track “Smelling Victory”.
Zimbabwean artistes have flocked to South Africa and beyond in recent years and artistes like Maskiri, Knox, Audious, Hope Masike and Changa Nyamatsatse are some who have been able to make names for themselves beyond the country’s borders compared to the fame they have attained at home.
