“We are very happy with the women’s performances. They played extremely well against Kenya as their batting and bowling was excellent.

Zimbabwe overpowered Uganda by 33 runs with Pellagia Mujaji leading the way in scoring runs while Precious Marange was the pick of the bowlers with four wickets.
The Zimbabwe girls registered 102/8 while Uganda were dismissed for 69 runs in 19.3 overs.
South Africa also beat hosts Tanzania by nine runs, the host batted first and registered 32/10 all in 15.3 overs.
