ZIMBABWEAN football is celebrating another proud milestone as 15-year-old sensation Tanyaradzwa Nyakuchena has signed with the Wycombe Wanderers Girls Academy in England.

The rising star is already turning heads, having been fast-tracked to the Under-18 squad, where she continues to impress with her technical skill and maturity beyond her years.

The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) has officially congratulated Nyakuchena on the international move, calling it a significant step forward in her young but promising career.

“We wish her continued success as she takes this exciting step in her football journey. Her transition to European football marks a pivotal achievement not only for the player but for Zimbabwean youth development in the women’s game,” Zifa said in a statement released Tuesday.

Nyakuchena was part of the Zimbabwe Under-17 Girls National Team that reached the semi-finals at the COSAFA Under-17 Girls Championships in Windhoek, Namibia, in May.
