Zimbabwe Uniformed Forces hold health conference in Bulawayo

THE Zimbabwe Uniformed Forces is conducting its 13th Health Services Conference in Bulawayo, which is running under the theme: “Integrated Health Futures: Addressing HIV, Non-Communicable Diseases and Comorbidities in a Changing World.”

The conference is also being attended by SADC military health services delegations from Zambia, Tanzania, Namibia, Mozambique, Eswatini, Angola and Malawi.

The Director-General of Health Services in the Zimbabwe Defence Forces, Dr Godfrey Mutetsa, said the conference brings together leading researchers, scientists and experts from Zimbabwe and the SADC region to share cutting-edge findings and collaborate on addressing the complex challenges posed by HIV, non-communicable diseases and comorbidities.
