THE Zimbabwe Women Premier Soccer League on Thursday unveiled a three-month sponsorship courtesy of Utano (The Wonder Herbal Solutions).
According to the signed Memorandum of Agreement, the package will reward top performing players and coaches monthly.
The Player of the Month, Top Goal Scorer and Goalkeeper of the month will each receive US$100 and a shield.
The Coach of the Month will get US$200 and a shield with effect this August up until the end of the season.
” We are happy with the development, it comes at a crucial time when we are winding up the season,” said ZWPSL vice chair,” Lewis Muzhara.
“It is not easy to find a willing sponsor at this time of the year, so having Utano sacrificing this much on something they had not budgeted for means a lot.”
