YOUTH Empowerment, Development and Vocational Training Minister Tino Machakaire is today meeting Zimbabwean youths who are attending the World Youth Festival in Sochi, Russia.
The Ministry seconded several entrepreneurial youths, and young leaders to participate in the global platform where they are likely to meet other youth leaders from across the world and forge alliances.
Minister Machakaire is expected to make a presentation on Tradition, Spiritual, and Moral Values at one of the conference venues later in the day.
