Zimdancehall musician Shinsoman, friends fined for smoking dagga

Zimdancehall artiste Romeo Antony (37), popularly known as Shinsoman, and four of his friends were fined US$200 each by a Mbare magistrate  after pleading guilty to smoking dagga.
