ZIMPAPERS acting editorial executive Elias Mambo has scored a first after being appointed the vice-chairperson of the ZIFA Ad Hoc Committee for Communications.
Mambo will deputise Hope Chizuzu in that Ad Hoc Committee.
The committees, both standing and ad hoc, were appointed yesterday when the new ZIFA executive which was elected last month met.
The Competitions portfolio will be headed by Thomas Marambanyika, with Kudzai Kadzombe taking care of the Marketing and Media section.
Tafadzwa Benza will lead the technical development organ while Loveness Mukura will be in charge of Women’s football development.
Alice Zeure will lead the Legal and Player Status Committee.
Association president Nqobile Magwizi is the provisional leader of the finance committee and Davison Muchena will be in charge of member association committee.
