Zimpapers is committed to providing world-class training across various disciplines through its tertiary learning arm, the Zimpapers Training Institute (ZTI).

Speaking at ZTI’s Masterclass graduation ceremony held at Herald House in Harare today, Zimpapers Acting Editorial Executive, Mr Elias Mambo emphasised the organisation’s dedication to quality education, noting that not all candidates graduated due to the institute’s rigorous standards.

“As an Institute, we will never sacrifice quality on the altar of expediency. We jealously guard our products; hence, those who did not meet our basic requirements in fulfilling the course are not here with us. They can only graduate once those requirements are met,” said Mr Mambo.
He celebrated the achievements of the graduates, acknowledging their hard work and commitment to honing their skills over the months.

“Today, we gather to honour the dedication, hard work, and achievements of our graduates who have devoted countless hours to expanding their knowledge. Over the past months, you have engaged deeply with your craft, learning not only technical skills but also the essence of storytelling, ethics, and resilience.”

Mr Mambo encouraged the graduates to embrace their newfound knowledge and utilise their voices to shape narratives within their communities.

“To our graduates, you are not just the future; you are the present. Your voices will challenge norms and drive the important discourse in our communities. Embrace the tools you have gained here, and let your creativity and passion guide you in your professional endeavours.”

He also expressed gratitude to the faculty members whose guidance was crucial to the graduates’ success.
