ZSE catches cold as Delta sneezes….

Gold producer Falgold led the day’s fallers with a significant 26 percent  drop to  US3,90c as the mining index further declined 3,6 percent to 63,87 points.
Daily revenue was US$999 773 on a volume of 37,07 million shares, driven by a special bargain of 34,8 million NicozDiamond shares executed by brokers Invictus Securities at US1,1c.

In normal trades NicozDiamond remained buyers only at US1,1c after publishing December finals yesterday where a final dividend of 0,064c was declared.
It last traded on March 18.
Aico Africa lost US1,01c to US4,99c with no developments in sight regarding the planned unbundling of subsidiaries. Seed Co remained unchanged at US65c.
DZLH fell US0,60c weaker at US27,4c after reporting an attributable profit for 2012 increased 1 percent to US$7,2 million. Econet gained US0,29c to US70c in deals worth US$365 288 while Innscor recovered from Monday’s loss, gaining US1c to US84c.

African Sun advanced US0,18c to US1,45c, taking its gains this year to date to 61,1 percent.
Edgars gained US0,50c to another all-time high of US13c in the wake of its upbeat interims presentation last week.

This takes Edgars’ gains since January to 62,5 percent.
Pelhams rose US0,02c to US0,1c after the Supreme Court confirmed that TN Asset Management is the legitimate owner of the 380  million shares in Pelhams. The shares previously belonged to businessman Mr Oliver Chidawu.

Truworths added US0,19c to US4,19c while Zimplow Holdings advanced  US0,50c close at 5c for the first time since listing additional shares on March 11.
ZPI was US0,10c firmer at US1,4c, its all-time best level while bankers FBC added US0,10c to US8,1c.

Afre remained unchanged at US8,3c while Pearl Properties was buyers and sellers only at US2,65c and US3c
respectively ahead of market presentations of December financials scheduled this afternoon.
