In a letter dated March 4 to Mr Richard Zvinavashe, who is the late Retired General Vitalis Zvinavashe’s eldest son and executor of his will, Master of the High Court Mr Eldrad Mutasa suggested Mr Reggie Saruchera of Camelsa Chartered Accountants be appointed to administer the trust.
“I have . . . had an opportunity to peruse the record and I have noted that there is a letter from the surviving spouse who is also a trustee.
“Her letter is dated 23 February 2011 and its contents indicate that there are problems in the administration of the trust and she recommends appointment of an auditor.
“Furthermore there is a letter from Dr AP Zvinavashe dated 28 February 2011.
“Again the contents of the letter suggest there are problems in the administration of the trust assets,” read the letter.
