bring glory to the asbestos mining town.
Zvishavane, revived in 2010, featured in the combined Midlands and Matabeleland league for two seasons before gaining promotion into the most prestigious rugby league in the country.
Now Ganizani believes they are in the top league to stay and declared that his club would do well this season.
“We are all excited and looking forward to bringing another form of entertainment as we had fallen in the doldrums. We had good players last year who are still with us and we are also going to introduce some new players as we would love to have as many good players as possible.”
Zvishavane are expected to have their first training session of the year next week at the McAdam Rugby Grounds in the asbestos mining town before hosting a tournament.
“We are going to have a tournament next month to prepare for the season as we want to ensure that all the players work together as a team.
“In us returning to the league, we are definitely going to spring up surprises as our aim is to finish in the top three.
