11 goals at Central Region Soccer League 2026 opening fixtures

ELEVEN goals were scored at the opening fixtures of the 2026 Central Region Soccer League where four teams registered wins, three drew while four did not pick any point.

Chapungu played to a goalless draw with Blanket Mine while Shabanie Mine beat Super Strikers 2 nil. Tongogara and Vhembe Stars Academy drew 1-1 with Sabi Gold Mine edging ZRP Gwanda 2-0.

Dulibadzimu United started the season with a 2-1 win against Shurugwi with Gwanda Pirates drawing 0-0 against FC Platinum U19. Good Morning beat Matobo 2 nil.

Today, Saturday, West Nicholson host Grain Tigers at Phelandaba Stadium while the Kwekwe United FC and MSU FC has been postponed.
