$14m Mall complete

Herald Reporter
CONSTRUCTION of the ZESA Megawatt Mall in Gweru by the Zimbabwe Electricity Industry Pension Fund (ZEIPF) is complete, with tenants already being invited to move in.

The state-of-the-art mall, situated along the Gweru-Bulawayo Road near Gweru Fire Station, was built at a cost of $14 million. The mall was initially expected to be completed by June last year.

ZEIPF general manager Mr Pride Kondo said they are now waiting for clients to take up space. “The project has now been officially completed and what is now left is minor work, which can only be done when a client takes up space.”
