BULAWAYO businesspeople have criticised Zesa for saying it will continue using estimated bills.

A report tabled by the portfolio committee on State Enterprises and Parastatal Management in Parliament said Zesa Holdings chief executive Engineer Josh Chifamba had said the parastatal would continue using estimated bills because of the cost involved to have 100 percent meter readings was prohibitive.
