Employees panic as Colliery adopts new management system

HWANGE Colliery Company Limited employees are in panic over their future at the colliery after the company introduced and adopted the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) management system that will see more than 300 employees losing their jobs.

The company’s managing director, Fred Moyo, confirmed the new system during an interview on the sidelines of the Kamandama Mine Disaster commemorations held at the disaster site in Hwange on Wednesday.
