THE Insurance and Pensions Commission is holding consultations with stakeholders to increase the minimum capital requirements for companies in the industry.
In terms of Statutory Instrument 183 of 2009, players in the short-term and reinsurance sector are required to have minimum capital reserves of $300 000.

ZIMBABWE has realised a significant decline in new HIV infections in adults due to changes in sexual behaviour, a National Aids Council (NAC) official has said.
