ACCRA. — Ghana on Wednesday proceeded to implement its threat to close all small and medium business owned by foreign traders in Accra, the capital city of Ghana.
The clampdown on foreigners trading in the Small Medium Enterprises has been widened to other major cities of the country with the aim of driving out foreign traders, who are being accused of “stealing” locals’ business.
