AS the draft constitution debate rages on, it is quite interesting to note that the elites in the two MDC structures are quite happy about the contents of the draft to the extent that they are not willing at all to make any further amendments to it.On the other hand, Zanu-PF has decided to critically analyse clause by clause of the draft before they can endorse it or make further amendments to it.
