Venezuela President Hugo Chavez is making progress as he recovers from cancer surgery in Cuba, his vice president said after returning from a trip to Havana to visit the Venezuelan leader.

THE Labour Court should be restructured to separate cases in terms of the degree of their gravity, Chief Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku has said.
He called for the creation of separate Labour Courts modelled along other courts such as magistrates’ courts, dealing with less serious claims while the High Court deals with more serious ones.
