28 teams confirm qualification for 2026 FIFA World Cup

A TOTAL of 28 teams have now booked their places at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
England, Ivory Coast, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, and South Africa are the latest nations to secure qualification.

All nine African slots have been filled, while Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, and Nigeria will contest the intercontinental play-offs for the continent’s potential final spot.
